Payment, earnings & refunds

Nearry Coins are Nearry's virtual currency inside the app. They are a limited licence to use features such as gifts, paid calls, and Plans. Coins are not bank money and usually have no cash value outside Nearry. Balances can change when you spend, receive gifts as a partner, or when adjustments happen after reviews. Always check the wallet screen for your current balance.

You buy coin packs with local currency through the Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, or card (Visa/Mastercard via PayPal Checkout). Prices and taxes shown at checkout come from those stores or processors. Keep your store or PayPal account secure because purchases follow that account. If a buy fails halfway, wait a moment and check the wallet before you buy again. Duplicate taps can create duplicate charges.

By purchasing Coins you agree to immediate delivery of digital content where the law allows that. That means a classic cooling-off return may not apply once Coins land in your wallet. We explain this so you are not surprised later. If a local consumer law still gives you a right, we will honour what that law requires. Ask support if you are unsure what applied to your purchase.

Connect Coin purchases are generally final once Coins are delivered. Exceptions exist where the law requires them or where an app store forces a refund path. If a technical fault blocked delivery, contact us with the receipt time. Chargebacks filed without talking to us first can lead to account review. Eligible partners can earn from paid interactions after verification. A platform fee, typically around twenty percent, usually applies. Your share appears in partner wallet views. Earnings can be held if safety or fraud checks need time. Keep conduct clean so payouts are not delayed for review.

Payouts need verified identity, an eligible balance, and valid bank details. Processing times vary by bank and country. Failed details can bounce a transfer and slow the next try. We may pause withdrawals when risk signals appear. Finish open withdrawals before you delete an account if you can.

You are responsible for taxes on purchases or earnings in your own country. We may collect information or withhold amounts when the law requires it. Keep your own records of receipts and payouts. Tax advice should come from a qualified professional near you. Support can share transaction history we hold, but we cannot file your taxes for you.

For App Store or Play purchases, contact the store first because they control billing. For other payment issues email support@nearry.app with the time and amount. Include screenshots of receipts when you have them. We will check delivery of Coins and any partner side effects. Honest detail speeds up a fair answer.
